LANGKAWI INTRO DIVING

我丈夫去introDive at MYR310。

只有一次潛水，他們潛下約7米深的。
這是好事，誰想嘗試一下潛水，
因為 divemaster to learner，非常安全。

我获得的潜水执照五年，这是第二次我去潜水。

我潜水之前，
开始了。。。。。。。11.30am

第一次错误，穿潜水衣错边。把前面穿在背面 (zip at back)。
Divemaster看向我，并说:证明我很长一段时间没有潜水。

第二个错误，是忘记了水裡面的压力。
下了約10米，我的耳朵開始痛，我釋放壓力，為時已晚。
我不能忍受的就浮上海平面。

浮在海平面了一會兒，然後我再次潜下去。
水並不清，也許是深約20米。
看到軟珊瑚，大石班和大獅子魚和一群魚在遊。

潛水大約一半的時候，我看不到我的divemaster.
再次我浮上海平面上，等著我divemaster。
他在我的後面，但我沒有看到他。

這個潛水行程約25分鐘。
。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

第二次潜水在下午1時30分开始。

我們到淺水的地方潛水水清，也許是約15米深。
看到軟珊瑚和小獅子魚和一群魚在遊。

這個潛水我更加穩定，沒有任何錯誤。
我們潛到我的氧气桶 left 50 bar。
但他們left 100 bar，他們笑我為什麼吸氣這麼快。

我們潛水行程約45分鐘。

Deadly Fruit....!

One day in the forest, 3 guys were just hiking along a trail when all of a sudden,
a huge pack of indians attaked them and knocked them out. When they woke up,
they were at the leader of the tribe's throne. The chief then said "All of your l ives
may be spared if you can find ten of one fruit and bring them back to me. "

So after a while the first man returned with10 apples. The cheif then ordered him t
o stick all ten of them up his butt without making any expression at all on his face.
He had a little bit of trouble with the first one and started crying while trying to put
the next one in. He was soon killed.Later, the next guy came in with 10 grapes.
The cheif soon ordered him to do the same as the first guy. After to the 9th grape,
the man started laughing so hard for no apperant reason, and was killed.

The first two guys soon met in heaven and the first guy ask the second, "Why did
you start laughing? You only needed one more grape and you'd have gotten away!
"The second guy answered while still laughing, "I couldn't help it. I saw the third
guy walking in with pineapples."

我要让新加坡国旗在球场上升起来

北大体育馆内，所有的专注围绕着一张不到3米长的蓝色桌子。桌上飞旋的小银球凝聚了一个国家48年来的等待。球很轻，可是发球者背负的是400多万人的希望。

新加坡乒乓队年纪最轻，资历最浅的冯天薇心里清楚，每一拍击出去，都可能缔造历史。"你一定要独赢两分！而且要负责拿下最后一局！"这是教练刘国栋一早就给冯天薇下的军令，从最初刘教练把她从日本的俱乐部带出来，从她开始在大巴窑乒总训练，当她从零点重新进取世界排名的时候，她的任务早已被决定。

一切的魔鬼训练，都是为了这最关键的一役，为了她才刚刚归属不久的国家，为了自己在世界乒乓赛上的重新出发，为了报答命运所给予的再次机会。小小的银球飞过来，韩国对手朴美英的脸上也写着坚毅，场上有人高喊"新加坡加油！"，冯天薇冷静看着球，她自知已经走到绝境，一生中从没有承受过这么大的压力，她上场前已决定：要打败对手，让新加坡国旗在奥运会升起。

8月15日，新加坡队经过3小40分苦战打败了水平居于上风的韩国队，确定获得我国48年来的首面奥运奖牌。当时坐在新加坡各个角落的电视旁看球的我们，可能想象不到球员所承受的压力，也不知道为了拿下这面历史性的银牌，几个年轻女子的训练又是如何艰苦。

采访的地点是在北大体育馆附近的咖啡座里，近距离坐在我们面前的冯天薇与想象中不太一样。她像在赛场上一样：沉着、专注。差别是她本人有些害羞，与在赛场的勇猛争先形成对比。我们是以一种接近明星的心情与她接触，她却用普通人的平淡感觉与我们交流，偶尔笑起来会流露出22岁女子的美，那笑容却往往一闪而过，这又像乒乓桌上的球，让我们的摄影镜头也屡屡面临"慌忙接球"的窘境。

谈起奥运前夕，刘国栋带领全队在日本进行的50天封闭式训练，她说："那50天我觉得非常难熬。"那不是体能的训练，而是对心理与意志力的折磨。训练内容包括与男队员"不公平"对打，要大比分打胜对手，否则算输。每输一局，罚跑体育馆五层楼。96个约一尺高的梯级，冯天薇一天可以来回跑30次，有时候累得根本跑不动，是用双手扶着栏杆像攀绳一样把自己撑上去。

还要训练在得分时呐喊，没喊出来就不算得分，还罚钱，每次一万日元（约128新元）。本性安静的冯天薇当时产生了反叛心理，在罚过几次钱以后，一次拿出自己所换的所有20万日元全扔到桌子上。她形容说："当时我也有这种抵触情绪，但是我及时扭转过来。"

满脑子的压力，使她的意志力走过了生与死的洗礼。离奥运还有10天的时候，冯天薇和一个男队员比赛打成0-11，她的信心几乎崩溃。"我当时想，状态那么差，我还怎么继续下去？"

从刘国栋在稍后受访时透露，当时他的内心也动摇过。但是他相信，这是每个优秀运动员在大赛前都会经历的低谷，"把你压得越低，当压力抛开后，你的反弹就越大。"在与冯天薇进行了恳谈后，师徒再次确认了对彼此的信任与训练方式。等进到奥运选手村以后，教练与领队接着给冯天薇"减压"。

果如刘国栋所料，新加坡队在半决赛遇上了韩国队，第一场单打，打头阵的冯天薇面对从中国移民到韩国的唐汭序。冯天薇回想起上场的那一刻说："当时我心里真的非常紧张，我看到唐纳比我还紧张，她脸上毫无表情，像被冻僵了一样。我觉得，其实也没什么，只要把自己的水平发挥出来，尽力做到了，结果就交给老天吧，没有什么遗憾了。"

以轻松的心情顺利拿下半决赛的第一分后，当新韩两队打成2-2的时候，第五场单打冯天薇又上阵了。二次上阵她的心情与第一场的感觉就完全不同了。"我当时想，没有办法，我已经把我逼到绝路了，这就是生死战，不是你死就是我死。"

"我就想，我必须靠我自己的手，让新加坡的国旗升起来，必须死是敌人，不是我们。"

"当刘导跑进场来抱着我时，我眼泪已经在眼睛里转了，我看到他眼眶有点湿润了。这一年，我们整个团队付出的，奥运会、乒总付出的真是太多了，齐心协力走到今天，新加坡48年来第一面奖牌，就是太不容易了。"

世上最小的狗：仅可乐罐高

它的腿就像棒棒糖棍一样细，它和一个可乐罐差不多高，体重还不到一公斤，它就是世界上最小的狗——“天堂送来的白兰地”。

体重1公斤没法正常叫

这只小狗是一只4岁的雌性吉娃娃，从鼻尖到尾端只有15.2厘米长。三年来，“白兰地”的体形一直没有太大变化。由于它太小了，身体很脆弱，它甚至不能像其它狗那样叫。

“白兰地”的主人波莱特·凯勒说：“从领养那天起它就再没长过，体重只有一公斤左右。养这样的小狗，你必须非常小心。它的腿太小了，不能跳跃。”

不过小也有小的优势，“白兰地”曾跟着主人偷偷坐飞机却从未被发现。“我曾经带着它坐飞机，把它藏在一个随身携带的小包里。我带它去过西雅图、芝加哥、纽约等地，没有人发现它。”

打破吉尼斯世界纪录

2004年4月，波莱特从佛罗里达州拉戈一位饲养者那里领养了9个月大的“白兰地”。后来，有人建议她关注一下吉尼斯世界纪录。波莱特试着给吉尼斯官方打去电话，并填写了一份申请表格，没想到，“白兰地”竟获得了“世界上最小的狗”的头衔。

吃鸡蛋怕噎住经常上电视

由于体形太小，“白兰地”的饮食需要特别准备。煎鸡蛋必须捣碎，否则“白兰地”的小嘴吃不了。洗澡也是一个“精细活儿”。波莱特说：“我只能把它放在水槽里非常小心地洗，动作不能太粗暴。”

“白兰地”经常与主人一起出现在奥普拉·温弗瑞秀(美国最有影响力的脱口秀节目)中，它现在已经是个大明星了。

乌克兰一母狗生下人形“怪物”

近日乌克兰日托米尔州政府向新闻媒体公布了该州发生于2007年8月的一件怪事，并寻求生物学家和动物学家的帮助。该事件已经在当地引起了震动。据报道，日托米尔州郊区的小镇居民在2007年8月21日发现当地一家农户的母狗在夜间生下5只小狗和一个怪物。这个“怪物”呈人形，拥有类似人类的四肢和生殖器。从表面上看就像是一个未发育成熟的小男孩或小女孩，怪物一出生即死亡。由于该地区位置偏僻，民众文化素质较低，在出现这个怪事后，当地出现一些流言。一些别有用心的人甚至认为是核辐射泄漏所导致，这些流言对当地老百姓生产生活和心理上产生了严重影响。托米尔州政府希望运用科学的手段解释这个现象。

While I lay awake in bed, God's still small voice came to me and said,

'While dealing with a stranger, common courtesy you use,

but the family you love, you seem to abuse.

Go and look on the kitchen floor,

You'll find some flowers there by the door.

Those are the flowers he brought for you.

He picked them himself : pink, yellow and blue.

He stood very quietly not to spoil the surprise,

you never saw the tears that filled his little eyes.'

By this time, I felt very small,

And now my tears began to fall.

I quietly went and knelt by his bed;

'Wake up, little one, wake up,' I said.

'Are these the flowers you picked for me?'

He smiled, 'I found 'em, out by the tree.

I picked 'em because they're pretty like you.

I knew you'd like 'em, especially the blue.'

I said, 'Son, I'm very sorry for the way I acted today;

I shouldn't have yelled at you that way.'

He said, 'Oh, Mom, that's okay.

I love you anyway.'

I said, 'Son, I love you too,

and I do like the flowers, especially the blue.'

But the family we left behind will feel the loss for the rest of their lives.

At last Dum-dum pass away. died at the sand bath. I think about one-two day. I thought of bring him to SPCA for injection this Sunday and I think he want to save money for me, so choose before that day to die or maybe eating too much for powder and die (my old man say that) because my kitchen doing some renovation and I forget to bring him out, left him there. Whatever reason made him dead, let us pray for him:

"God bless him and bring him to heaven. Amen"

Not I bad-heart lol...because it already old. it at least one and half year old. it cannot climb to the upper deck, climb into the feeding bowl also difficult.
